My password is changed, but not working. What now?
Please make sure you've given the reset enough time to propagate across all college applications, typically this process can take anywhere up to 30 minutes.
If it has been well over the 30 minute time span and your password is still not working, please call or email the Help Desk at firstname.lastname@example.org or 704-216-7200.
